1. Storage Temperature: -40°C to 90°C, Operating Temperature: -35°C to +80°C.
2. At room temperature, the door lock operation requires a pressing force of 6N ± 1.
Insertion force into the opponent's mounting hole: ≤20N.
Extraction force: ≥50N (dependent on customer hole design).
In the locked state, a clamping force of ≥20N should be applied to the opponent's component.
3. Durability Requirements:
(1) At room temperature, the product should be locked first, wait for 0.5 seconds after locking, then unlock. After unlocking, wait for 0.5 seconds. This constitutes one cycle of operation. The product should undergo over 50,000 cycles of continuous testing under no-load conditions without any functional failure.
(2) At room temperature, under a continuous 6N load, follow the same steps as in (1) above, and the product should undergo over 30,000 cycles of continuous testing without any functional failure.
4. The product must comply with ROHS environmental requirements.
